Our Honeymoon
Egypt and Greece
We are so excited about our trip to Egypt and Greece. It is going to be so powerful! A feast for the senses in every aspect! John took his first trip to Egypt one year ago. Just imagine: he was there for four weeks and it was almost “sensory overload” because there was so much to take in at one time.
We will fly into Cairo and stay there for a couple of days. We plan to explore as much of the city as possible, including the Egyptian Museum . Of course we also plan to visit Khan al-Khalili, which is home to the cities Bazaar district. Bargaining with the locals will be fun!
The second half of our honeymoon we will "hop" over to Greece, where we will spend five nights. We plan on taking a day trip to the town of Olympia , which is home to the 2004 Olympic games! We will definitely see the acropolis while in Athens as well as explore the beautiful beaches. Yeah!!!
